Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an experienced evening Floor Tech in Cincinnati to support our growing platform of cleaning services. This second-shift role focuses on floor care across client locations and ensuring contracts are met with efficiency.

You will operate buffers, scrubbing machines, carpet extractors, and perform related maintenance, with emphasis on safety and PPE. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience operating floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50–75 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs all types of floor care and maintenance across the facility.
• Cleans and maintains floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Adheres to safety, risk management and infection control standards.
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment.
• Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists.
• Operates equipment with safety standards and procedures.
• Performs project work and specialty tasks as needed.
• Follows infection prevention practices and uses PPE as required.

Clean Team, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is looking for a second shift floor technician for its rapidly growing platform of diverse client locations.

We are looking for an experienced evening Floor Tech to assist with operations in Cincinnati. This objective of this role will be to ensure client contracts are met while exceeding expectations and efficiency. A successful floor technician will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 6pm-12am (weekend availability required)

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting
• Cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning
• Adhere to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment
• Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists
• Operates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures
• Performs project work and specialty tasks according to facility needs
• Follow all infection prevention practices (i.e., proper cleaning process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions where and if required with proper use of personal Protect Equipment (PPE
