Job summary

Clean Team in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech for the second shift to maintain floors at client sites. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6pm-12am with weekend availability to support operations and client contracts.

The role requires safe operation of floor equipment, adherence to infection control standards, and meticulous logs. Candidates must have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting 50–75 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting.
• Cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Adhere to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards.
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment.
• Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists.
• Operates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures.
• Performs project work and specialty tasks according to facility needs.
• Follow all infection prevention practices with proper PPE where required.

Clean Team, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is looking for a second shift floor technician for its rapidly growing platform of diverse client locations.

We are looking for an experienced evening Floor Techto assist with operations inCincinnati. This objective of this role will be to ensure client contracts are met while exceeding expectations and efficiency. A successful floor technician will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6pm-12am (weekend availability required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting
• Cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning
• Adhere to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment
• Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists
• Operates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures
• Performs project work and specialty tasks according to facility needs
• Follow all infection prevention practices (i.e., proper cleaning process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions where and if required with proper use of personal Protect Equipment (PPE)
