Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should have experience with:

• Carpet cleaning and extraction
• Carpet spotting and stain removal
• Hard floor scrubbing and refinishing
• Stripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenance
• Burnishing, buffing, and polishing
• Floor care equipment operation and maintenance
• Proper chemical usage and safety procedures
