Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks a Lead Test Program Integrator to design, implement, and verify flight test activities across Phantom Works programs. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and engineers to ensure test requirements, data, and instrumentation are defined and executed safely and effectively.

You will lead test teams, develop procedures, and publish reports while supporting post-flight evaluations and data archiving.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• 5+ years of experience with flight test, flight operations, or system test.
• Strong coordination with internal/external customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers and customers.
• Determine system test requirements and design aircraft modification plans for full lifecycle integration and test.
• Develop detailed test procedures, instrumentation layouts, and configuration definitions for tests.
• Design test hardware, software, and systems to meet test requirements.
• Prepare and publish test reports documenting results and satisfying requirements.
• Lead and train other test engineers during program execution.
• Archive data and reports and support post-flight performance evaluations.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
