The Boeing Company in Berkeley, Missouri is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team supporting Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs. The role emphasizes lean processes, safe test execution, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, people-first culture.

Responsibilities include establishing goals, mentoring staff, managing budgets, and coordinating resources for process improvements and project management.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in aviation maintenance, engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science.
• At least one year of leadership experience (team lead, temp manager, cross-functional project leadership) or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership program.
