Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD with multi-year project scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain schedule plans and perform EV reporting.
• Experience negotiating with subcontracts.
• Experience on a flight project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional interfacing.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and MS Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduler to meet project goals and use institutional processes.
• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Validate baseline integrity and schedule credibility.
• Communicate anomalies and mitigate schedule plans.
• Produce high-level schedule reports for managers and partners.
