Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an Integrated Project Scheduler to develop and maintain master schedules for multiple projects, integrating program management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and test activities.

Responsibilities include creating and updating schedules with MS Project, determining task logic and milestones, coordinating with program managers weekly, and supporting EV reporting and schedule performance metrics.

• Must understand engineering and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and integrate master schedules for multiple projects using MS Project.
• Plan tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, and durations to ensure a valid critical path.
• Coordinate weekly with Program Management to keep schedules current.
• Support EV reporting and schedule performance metrics within the PMO.
• Provide training to PMs and resources as needed.
• Assist the Integrated Project Scheduler as needed.
