Job summary

Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, seeks a Project Schedule Analyst to join the project business team. You will build and analyze Integrated Master Schedules, coordinate with PRA, and support Earned Value reporting.

The role involves developing schedule baselines, presenting insights to engineering partners, and driving schedule risk analyses to inform decisions. This is a chance to influence project outcomes within a dynamic space program.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project planning and control principles, including budgeting and scheduling, performance measurements, and earned value.
• Able to interface effectively with program/project management, technical organizations, and industry partners.
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), analyze and report schedule concerns and metrics.
• Assess schedule integrity and baseline effectiveness; ensure executability.
• Identify anomalies in schedule data and analyze critical path traceability.
• Coordinate with PRA to implement and verify cost and schedule integration.
• Maintain detailed network schedules in Microsoft Project Server and participate in DCMA 14-Point data extraction.
• Support change control board meetings and incorporate baselines into EAC.
• Present high-level schedule summaries to engineering partners.
• Conduct ‘what-if’ scenario analyses for leadership.
