Job summary

Summit Federal Services, LLC invites applications for a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst 3 to support the NASA SLS Booster program. The role is on-site in Promontory, Utah, focusing on IMS creation, IMP support, and cross-functional coordination across Finance, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing and Quality.

The ideal candidate will have CPM scheduling experience, EVMS understanding, and proficiency with scheduling tools like Primavera P6, Gantt/PERT charts, and EVM tracking.

Qualifications

• CPM scheduling experience and knowledge of EVMS integration.
• Understanding of how EVMS integrates with scheduling software.
• Experience with Gantt charts, PERT charts and milestone planning.
• Ability to perform schedule status reporting and critical path analysis.
• Strong cross-functional communication and schedule logic development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Coordinate schedules across Finance, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality.
• Perform schedule analysis and monitor program progress.
• Conduct critical path and network logic analysis.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and identify issues.
• Track performance using Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS).
• Create program schedule visualizations and reports.
• Support a complex aerospace program (NASA SLS Booster).
