Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is expanding its Project Development team to originate and develop sites for data center load customers and flexible generation assets, including interconnection and permitting challenges. You will lead development from origination through investment decisions, with travel as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, business or related field, 5+ years in large infrastructure project development, and strong knowledge of land negotiation and interconnection

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, business, economics or other relevant field.
Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead site selection for data center and flexible generation projects from development to FID.
Create project budgets and development schedules at project and portfolio level.
Coordinate external consultants for environmental studies, engineering and permitting.
Represent RWE with transmission providers, permitting bodies and utilities.
