Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with ASE certifications T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, and T2.
• Valid experience in heavy equipment maintenance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a technician team to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule repairs to meet safety and productivity goals.
• Conduct daily shop huddles, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and maintenance records using the Dossier Maintenance Software.
• Ensure repairs comply with DOT, OSHA, and company procedures.
