Job summary

UFC GYM Largo is seeking a passionate Fitness Manager to lead our team and elevate the member experience. You will oversee daily floor operations, recruit and develop trainers, drive gym sales, and ensure programs align with UFC GYM standards.

You will conduct assessments, set goals with members, coach staff, and maintain safety and equipment. The role requires leadership, a nationally recognized certification, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fitness management or a related leadership role.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in personal training sales and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Passion for fitness and UFC GYM brand.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness floor operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of personal trainers and fitness staff.
• Drive personal training sales, revenue goals, and membership retention.
• Develop and implement fitness programs aligned with UFC GYM standards.
• Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and goal-setting sessions with members.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure gym equipment is maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
