Real Time Consulting (RTC) is seeking a Lead Firmware & FPGA Engineer for Aircraft Surveillance Products in North Phoenix, AZ. The role covers architecture, development, and lifecycle management of avionics firmware, FPGA, and CEH hardware, with emphasis on DO-254 and certification activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years in aerospace, avionics, or safety-critical embedded product development.
• 5+ years of technical leadership in firmware/FPGA/embedded avionics.
• Experience with DO-254 certification expectations.
• Experience managing external engineering partners or contract development teams.
• Experience developing and managing requirements documentation, traceability, and verification evidence.
• Proven knowledge of DO-254 certification expectations for airborne systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and architecture for firmware, FPGA, and CEH domains.
• Lead design, integration, and verification across firmware, FPGA, and hardware.
• Oversee external partners and contract design organizations.
