Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field with strong embedded systems grounding.
• 7+ years of firmware development in embedded environments.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for embedded software.
• Experience with ASIC/FPGA system bring-up and debugging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive firmware architecture for next-generation SSD platforms with clear direction and standards.
• Design, develop, and test firmware and tools for advanced SSD development.
• Provide high-level debug, troubleshooting, and failure analysis across firmware stacks.
• Validate customer requirements and the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams and lead technical reviews.
• Develop and refine test tools and testing frameworks.
• Contribute to technical documentation and SSD industry standards.
