Qualifications

• Current or former federal law enforcement experience preferred.
• 5+ years of firearms training experience required.
• Must pass background checks and security clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Firearms Instructors (LFIs) serve as the onsite training manager for the program.
• Check in FFDO participants, verify weapons and credentials, and supervise training at the range.
• Ensure safety, proper scoring of targets, data collection, and secure SSI/SPII handling.
