Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity in the Lexington, KY area. You will oversee multiple active commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects, support foremen and field crews, and serve as the link between field, customers, project management, and the office.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial and industrial fire sprinkler experience.
• Experience as Fire Sprinkler Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Ability to read sprinkler plans, drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Clean driving record; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects.
• Travel between active jobsites throughout the region.
• Provide leadership and direction to sprinkler fitters, foremen, and field crews.
• Help crews operate efficiently and identify issues before schedules are affected.
• Troubleshoot installation and field-related sprinkler issues.
• Ensure crews have information, materials, and support to complete projects.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, field personnel, and office staff.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Hold field personnel accountable with professional leadership.
