Century Fire Protection seeks a lead fire sprinkler foreman to supervise installation crews on active job sites in Bowling Green, KY. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure NFPA standards are followed, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity in the field.

The role requires a high school diploma with 5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience; NICET certification or trade certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 5+ years in fire sprinkler installation.
• NICET certification or trade-related certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fire sprinkler installers and fitters on job sites.
• Plan and assign daily work to meet project schedules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet NFPA standards and local codes.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment with superintendent and PM.
• Conduct job-site safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Inspect work quality and correct deficiencies.
• Support system testing, flushing, and final inspections.
• Communicate progress and manpower needs to management.
• Train and mentor installers and apprentices.
