Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to install sprinkler heads, steel and CPVC pipe in new and renovated structures with minimal supervision.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience, HS Diploma, and strong English communication skills. You will read blueprints, coordinate with general contractors, and train apprentices while maintaining safety and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5-10 years' experience installing fire sprinkler systems is required.
• Must be able to read/write English and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work alone and in a team, meet schedules and train others.

Responsibilities

• Install steel and CPVC pipe, sprinkler heads, fittings, hangers per blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Coordinate with GC and other contractors; attend job meetings.
• Ensure timely project closeout documents and reporting of progress.
• Train Sprinkler Fitters and Apprentices on job tasks.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies.
