Impact Fire Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Foreman to lead installation, maintenance and retrofit projects for fire protection systems. You will supervise crews, coordinate site activities, and ensure compliance with NFPA standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Licensing and certification as required by national, state and local codes.
• Minimum 7 years of fire sprinkler installation experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage personnel effectively.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting field issues and coordinating solutions.
• Knowledge of NFPA 14, 20 and related standards; capable of reading blueprints and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance of fire sprinkler, fire pump, standpipe systems and related equipment.
• Execute tests (flow, fire pump, hydrostatic, hydrants) and on-call emergency support.
• Interface with customers to explain work and address concerns.
• Prepare accurate field reports and documentation; train apprentices and team members.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE.
