Job summary

Sentry Fire Protection in Asheboro, NC, is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems.

You will manage layouts, supervise installation, and mentor Fitters and Helpers while ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to code. This role demands hands-on leadership and thorough knowledge of sprinkler practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fire sprinkler installation experience.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews installing pipe, fittings, hangers, and sprinklers per plans and codes.
• Lay out, fabricate, install, and maintain sprinkler piping systems.
• Mentor and train Fitters and Helpers on proper techniques.
• Communicate design changes and material shortages with designers.
• Produce red-line drawings for the design team.
• Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
