Job summary

Strategic Connection is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems on commercial and residential projects. The Foreman will supervise crew members, ensure safety protocols, and keep projects on schedule while coordinating with team members on-site.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of sprinkler installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems.
• Supervise and guide crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Work on commercial and residential buildings.
• Lift heavy loads and move equipment as needed.
• Review progress reports and provide technical guidance to team members.
