Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman to manage the day-to-day activities of the sprinkler crew on commercial projects. The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on installation and repair tasks to ensure high-quality work.

You will supervise 8–10 workers, interpret blueprints, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and budgets. Ongoing training and leadership are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Installation experience or equivalent
• 1+ years leading crews on heavy commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of NFPA 13 and applicable codes
• Ability to manage 8–10 personnel and ensure productivity
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• Must adhere to company policy and safety procedures

• Direct labor and materials to meet budgets on assigned tasks
• Track hours and manpower for all tasks
• Provide coaching to improve quality, production, and safety
• Perform skilled fire protection construction tasks as needed
• Attend job site and office meetings for assigned projects
• Interpret and enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Lead sprinkler crews on commercial installations and repairs
• Inspect work to meet contract and specifications
• Maintain documentation of work performed
• Ensure teamwork and timely project completion
