Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Lead Service Technician for Life Safety Services within the Safety Services Group. You will install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems at established customer sites on a scheduled basis.

You will lead other technicians, coordinate with customers, and ensure accurate documentation for service invoicing while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• NICET II or greater certification preferred.
• Fire protection related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems at customer sites.
• Coordinate with customers and team members for job activities.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted for invoicing.
