You will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics to leaders while guiding investments and operational execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 7+ years of finance experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing financial models and translating financial data into business insights.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the CDS marketing organization.
• Lead planning processes like AOP and strategic planning with cross-functional partners.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
• Develop models to evaluate performance, margins, and investments.
• Offer recommendations to improve financial performance and support resource allocation.
• Support leadership with consolidated reporting and business reviews.
• Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
