Job summary

Boston Scientific Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst (Endoscopy) to partner with the Endoscopy Sales Division and Regional Managers. You will develop sales analytics, enablement tools and data-driven solutions to address market conditions and opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with Sales Support, Marketing, Finance and IT, and a hybrid work model with in-office presence in Marlborough at least three days per week. Travel 10-20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a sales analyst, financial analyst or related analytical role.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong AI, data management and technology skills, with demonstrated experience implementing business solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL and programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to travel 10%-20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Managers and Sales Leadership to provide proactive analytics, business planning support, opportunity management and sales execution support.
• Provide actionable insights into sales performance, market trends, pipeline health and risk mitigation to accelerate revenue growth.
• Support Regional Managers with business conversions, deal modeling and market share assessments aligned with commercial strategies.
• Deliver training focused on analytics tools, AI capabilities and enablement systems to increase field adoption.
• Leverage AI capabilities to simplify workflows, improve business processes and deliver scalable insights that support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and IT to implement data-driven solutions that support commercial priorities.
• Drive continuous process improvements through AI-enabled solutions to maximize efficiency and increase productivity.
• Contribute to team development through cross-training, onboarding support, mentorship and change management initiatives.
