Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced lead financial analysts to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on building decks behind the numbers for monthly reporting, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis.

Remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour. 3+ years FP&A or related finance at a significant company, strong PowerPoint and crisp written communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks behind the numbers.
• Build decks for monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and support executive storytelling.
