Reporting directly to SVP, Human Resources and serving as a member of the HR Leadership Team, this role partners with executive leaders to design and implement organizational structures, operating models, and enterprise change strategies that improve business performance, increase organizational effectiveness, and enable sustainable growth.This leader serves as a trusted enterprise advisor on major business transformation initiatives, organizational redesign efforts, operating model evolution, shared services, and post-acquisition integration. While the role is primarily focused on enterprise change management, it also serves as the organization's primary point of expertise for organizational design and effectiveness. The role requires a balance of strategic thought leadership and hands-on execution, including facilitating executive discussions, leading complex projects, building practical solutions, coaching leaders, and driving implementation through measurable adoption and business results.This role will partner with executive leadership to develop change strategies that accelerate business results while leading the execution of critical change initiatives.
