Daikin Applied in Plymouth, MN, seeks a Human Resources Senior Manager to serve as HR business partner for Digital and Strategy teams. You will ensure compliance with laws, guide talent acquisition, and advise on employee relations and performance management in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of HR experience, and strong relationship-building skills. Preferred certification includes PHR/SHRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to form strong relationships with business leaders.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• PHR or SHRM Certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting HR and/or Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner to the Digital and Corporate Development & Strategy teams.
• Identify legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR; ensure compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring life cycle and interviews.
• Advise management on employee relations issues and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, and government requirements.
• Administer performance review, merit, promotional, and salary adjustments.
• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation program and safety initiatives.
• Prepare HR department budget and monitor spending.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
