Job summary
Truist is seeking a proactive professional to provide consultative, sales and technical support to Financial Advisors in the Jacksonville area. You will closely partner with Advisors to meet client needs and identify prospective clients, contributing to revenue growth and the team’s value proposition.
You will help with client trades, information requests and research while maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience.
- 4 years professional experience, including 1 year in securities.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66.
- Applicable state health and life insurance licenses; jurisdiction must match advisor(s).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative, sales and technical support to one or more Financial Advisors.
- Lead the Financial Advisor team in strategic planning and execution of value proposition.
- Assist clients with trades, information requests, research, and account problems.
- Deliver client relationship management support, including reviews and service initiatives.
- Prepare for and deliver client presentations and engagements.
- Support securities and insurance sales through external networking and internal referrals.
