Job summary
Truist Financial is seeking a client-focused professional to provide consultative sales and technical support to Financial Advisors, helping analyze client goals and risk tolerance to tailor investment products. You will assist with trades, information requests, and account issues while supporting relationship management initiatives.
In this role, you will participate in strategic planning, deliver client presentations, and contribute to revenue growth through internal referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education and related experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in establishing the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase revenue.
- Consult with clients and prospective clients to analyze goals, risk tolerance and determine suitable investment products and services.
- Assist clients with trades, information requests, research, and account problems.
- Provide ongoing client relationship management support, including reviews and advisory services.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and engagements.
- Assist the Advisor in growing securities and insurance sales through referrals.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards per Truist, FINRA, and regulators.
