Behr Paint Company is seeking a Lead Machine Operator to guide the filling line with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will inspect quality, monitor equipment, and ensure all cans, labels, and batch codes meet standards.

You will train new employees, assist on line feeding, troubleshoot issues, and prepare production reports. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and a strong, proactive approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lead the filling line with safety, efficiency, and clear instructions.
• Train new employees on methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Operate filling line equipment with accuracy and professionalism.
• Oversee line feeding and pre-/in-process work to meet safety and quality.
• Maintain equipment, track inventory, and produce accurate reports.
