Job summary

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, coordinating with other departments, training staff, monitoring line performance, and upholding company policies; CGMP knowledge preferred and strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of filling line operations and equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of a team of production workers on the filling line.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain line performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving efforts.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
