Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S.

and allied aircrews by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations, using CES/NGTS/MACE, and staying current on tactics and procedures. The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus advanced degrees or equivalent experience in aviation.

Qualifications

• Active top-level DoD/IC clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree with 7 years’ experience, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft experience.
• Thorough knowledge of fighter employment procedures (AFTTP 3-1) or service-equivalent.
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator experience allowed).
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily CAF DTC training by planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing Large Force Exercises and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients on training and doctrine development, including scenario development and after-action review.
