Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA to facilitate distributed training and mission planning across Large Force Exercises and Small Team events.

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. You will work with U.S. and allied aircrew, assess threats, and stay current on tactics and procedures, including review of manuals and bulletins.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or Master’s with 7 years’, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO or WSO with aircraft such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22 or F-35.
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operational experience within past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support DTC LFEs and Small Team events through mission planning, briefing, execution, and debrief.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients for training doctrine development, scenario design, and data analysis.
