Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the Air Combat Command’s Combat Air Forces Distributed Training Center (CAF DTC) at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S.

and allied aircrew and JTACs by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations events, using CES/NGTS/MACE. You will travel up to 10% and must maintain current knowledge of threats, tactics, and procedures, delivering high-fidelity simulations and training

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience or Master’s with 7 years’ experience or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former fighter pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with aircraft experience (F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35).
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and integrate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine, including scenario development and data analysis.
