Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training and role-play fighter aircraft in DMO events to build combat readiness for U.S. and allied aircrews.

Required active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus 9 years in fighter aviation (or 7 years with Master’s, 4 with PhD). Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required, ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35 experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew in distributed missions.
• Schedule, plan missions, create materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
• Provide consulting on training doctrine, scenario development, after-action reviews, and data analysis.
