Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. The role involves facilitating distributed training for U.S. and allied aircrews, developing mission materials, and executing LFEs and small-team events in a virtual environment.

You’ll use NGTS, CES, and MACE to test distribution of JSE over the DMO Network; travel up to 10% is required. A DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility is required, plus the specified aviation experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility required
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator
• Master’s Degree with 7 years’ experience
• PhD with 4 years’ experience
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, or F-35 experience
• Thorough knowledge of fighter employment or official manual references
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator ok)
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and small-team events
• Use NGTS to test JSE distribution across the DMO Network
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients for training doctrine development and data analysis
