Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of survey experience as Rodman, Instrument Man, or equivalent role.
• Must obtain necessary badges and certifications to enter sites and perform work.
• Ability to train and mentor crew members.

Responsibilities

• Lead field surveying activities and manage 2–4 person crews.
• Set up, adjust, and operate surveying equipment including total station and GPS.
• Prepare field notes and drawings for roadway, bridges, and construction projects.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager and ensure safety compliance.
