Job summary

Integrity Fire Safety Services in Basalt, CO is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Field Supervisor to lead on-site installation, retrofit, and service projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with clients, crews, and inspectors; supervise field teams; enforce NFPA 13 and local codes; review drawings and paperwork; and manage materials and jobsite logistics.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred
Minimum 5 years fire sprinkler installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred
State-issued fire sprinkler license (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate field crews on installation and retrofit projects for fire sprinkler systems.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 13, local fire codes, and project specifications.
Manage daily work schedules, manpower assignments, and job site logistics.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality workmanship and progress.
Oversee system hydrostatic testing, final inspections, and project close-out.
Lead, mentor, and develop field installers, fitters, and apprentices.
Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, contractors, and inspectors; participate in kickoff and progress meetings.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, material usage, and project changes.
Prepare and submit field reports, change orders, and as-built documentation.
Ensure inspection and testing documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate delivery, storage, and staging of materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor project costs and control waste or rework.
Verify equipment maintenance and return after use.
