Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fire protection systems preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of fire sprinkler inspection, maintenance, or repair experience.
• NICET Level I or higher in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems preferred; OSHA 10/30 desirable; state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and perform preventive maintenance of fire sprinkler systems per NFPA 25 and local codes.
• Conduct flow tests, main drain tests, valve inspections, and visual checks of components.
• Service and repair wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls; locate and repair leaks and defective components.
