Job summary

Integrity Fire Safety Services is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Field Supervisor in Englewood, CO. You will lead on-site crews through installation, retrofit, and service work, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while aligning with NFPA standards and local codes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and inspectors, conducting site safety meetings, reviewing drawings, and managing materials and field reports. Travel to multiple sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Fire Protection, or related field.
• NICET Level II+ in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred; OSHA 30 certification preferred; State fire sprinkler license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews on installation and retrofit projects for fire sprinkler systems.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 13, local fire codes, and project specifications.
• Manage daily work schedules, manpower assignments, and job site logistics.
• Conduct on-site inspections for quality and progress; oversee hydrostatic testing and project close-out.
• Lead, mentor, and train field installers; enforce safety standards.
