Job summary

CertaSite, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee fire sprinkler installation teams, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and local codes while coordinating with customers and management. The role demands hands-on field leadership, training of technicians, and strong safety oversight.

The ideal candidate will have significant installation experience, certification in automatic sprinkler systems, and NICET II credentials, with the ability to manage multiple site projects and maintain

Qualifications

• Certification in Automatic Sprinkler & Standpipe Systems
• 5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience
• 2+ years of plan preparation for water-based fire protection systems
• NICET II Certification in water-based systems
• Proficient in basic math
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Apple IOS, Android and Outlook
• Valid U.S. driver's license

Responsibilities

• Install fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 13/14 and local codes
• Train technicians in fire sprinkler service, repair, inspection and installation
• Record installation information electronically or manually
• Lead safety programs and ensure site safety compliance
• Provide leadership to technician teams and support their development
• Maintain good customer relations and relay information for follow-ups and quotes
• Maintain and stock vehicles and equipment for jobs
• Identify opportunities for additional equipment and services at customer sites
• Work in line with the company's safety program
• Discuss deficiencies with customers and resolve issues
• Occasionally work nights, weekends, or holidays as required
• Be comfortable with heights and confined spaces
• Handle other projects as assigned
