Job summary

Coremaintenance is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee industrial field operations in the United States. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate to crews and contractors, and work with leaders to recruit, train, and mentor staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, OSHA 10/30, and willingness to travel to customer sites; you will manage resources, budgets, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification.
• Willing to travel as needed to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks by priority, adjusting for weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
• Delegate tasks to crew members and contractors.
• Coordinate with leaders on recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Ensure adequate resources and staffing to meet schedules and safety rules.
• Promote safe tool and equipment use and train on gear and procedures.
• Develop and manage project budgets and site quality standards.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Report project status to supervisors, site engineers and officials.
