Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Foreman to lead day-to-day field execution of commercial security projects in the Denver area. You will supervise technicians, plan daily work, and ensure safety and quality across multiple worksites.

You will oversee installation, testing, and turnover of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and integrated systems, interpreting drawings and RFIs while managing schedules and resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training required and successful completion of internal evaluation.
• Five or more years of technician or equivalent low-voltage or electrical industry experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience leading field technicians on active construction sites delivering small to mid-size security integration projects.
• Required state low-voltage or security license where applicable.
• Certifications: scissor-lift/boom-lift, OSHA 30, video management, access control, intrusion (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite supervision of technicians across one or more worksites.
• Plan daily/weekly manpower, coordinate materials and equipment, monitor schedule and labor expectations.
• Direct installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of access control, video, intrusion, and integrated security systems.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, and changes; escalate risks.
• Resolve field conflicts and technical issues with limited escalation.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders; communicate status and needs.
• Enforce installation standards, safety and quality controls.
• Maintain field documentation, hours, redlines, testing records, logs, and turnover information.
• Coach and develop technicians; drive accountability and professionalism.
