Job summary

Colas Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects from preconstruction through completion. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, and budgets while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

Ideal candidates hold a construction management degree with progressive leadership in commercial builds up to $100M, and are proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Progressive commercial construction leadership experience; project size varies.
• Experience delivering commercial projects up to $100MM.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety practices, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, Assemble, Primavera P6, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and oversee overall project progress on commercial construction projects.
• Manage schedules, workforce planning, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and material procurement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and project controls with Project Managers.
• Enforce safety, quality standards, and company procedures on site.
• Mentor field personnel and maintain strong client relationships throughout all phases.
