Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 9+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings compliance.
• Ensure work aligns with schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and record keeping.
• Take progress photographs and label them for documentation.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintain on-site records per The Perry Group policy and quality systems.
