Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for client projects across the United States, with an initial assignment in northeast Ohio. You will oversee safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, and conformance to drawings, while maintaining strong client relations and site records.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site supervision experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and drawings.
• Ensures work adheres to project schedule; escalates delays.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Takes progress photographs and labels them.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures contractors use the latest design revisions.
• May assist Project Construction Manager.
• May supervise key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Maintains clear, professional correspondence with management and clients.
• Keeps on-site records per document control requirements.
• Follows The Perry Group Quality Policy and related work instructions.
