Job summary

IMC Construction is looking for a capable Superintendent to lead field operations in Port Reading, New Jersey. You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage site logistics, and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in commercial construction, a strong understanding of scheduling and trade coordination, and is OSHA 30 certified. A background in construction management or relevant trade experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, particularly in field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience in managing site logistics, quality control, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day jobsite activities and manage field staff.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and deliveries.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure contract requirements are met.
