Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Background in heavy civil, infrastructure, bridge construction, or commercial work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• OSHA certification preferred; solid safety focus.
• Experience with construction management and field reporting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment, materials, and site logistics.
• Develop and manage short-term construction schedules and work sequencing.
• Supervise field execution across civil, infrastructure, or building construction activities.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, subcontractor meetings, and project milestones.
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they affect schedules or budgets.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee punch lists, inspections, and final project completion.
