Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Field Service Representative Lead to deliver operations and maintenance on water treatment systems across industries in the United States. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform analytical testing to meet contract specifications while training other FSRs and owning site metrics.

Travel within the region is required, and you will ensure contract compliance, safety, and reliability of equipment including filtration, softening, and RO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; 5+ years in service/maintenance in industrial settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on water treatment equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; monitor injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, etc.).
• Review plant installations against reference drawings and schematics.
• Train and mentor other Field Service Representatives; own site metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
